Formula 1 Teams and Reviews
In 2012 there are almost no weak teams as all the drivers are strong and the gap between teams from a competitive point of view has never been as narrow as now. The 2012 F1 teams leave no guarantees on which driver will win or which team will win the constructors championship.
Red Bull Racing
Team Red Bull Racing (RBR) features back to back F1 world champion Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber who has won enough races on his own and finished 3rd in points in 2011.
Ferrari
Team Ferrari features former world champion Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa. Fernando behind Sebastian Vettel has the 2nd best odds to win the 2012 F1 world title.
McLaren
Team McLaren had a great 2011 season despite losing the constructors championship and drivers championship to the RedBull Racing team. The new cars in 2012 look great and with a content Lewis Hamilton maybe they have a chance to take down the RedBulls this season.
Lotus
Team Lotus have bigger plans this year and have new and improved drivers to push them into the next level featuring former world champion Kimi Raikkonen and GP2 champion Romain Grosjean.
Mercedes
Team Mercedes brings a big name with them but they need to do better than McLaren and Red Bull if they want to be taken seriously in 2012.
Force India
Team Force India feature 2 promising drivers in Paul di Resta and Nico Hulkenberg. Both drivers are expected to improve upon their 2010 and 2011 seasons to get more points and be better than ordinary.
Toro Rosso
Team Toro Rosso are considered the secondary team to Red Bull Racing. Despite this they are still a strong team with great drivers and feature Daniel Ricciardo and Jean-Eric Vergne.
Sauber
Team Sauber features Mexican driver Sergio Perez and Japanese driver Kamui Kobayashi. These drivers have decent experience but have the potential to grow into a stronger team for 2012.
Marussia
Team Marrusia features drivers Timo Glock and Charles Pic. They just released and tested their new car MR01.
HRT
Team HRT is now Spanish owned and features drivers Pedro de la Rosa and Narain Karthikeyan.
Caterham
Team Caterham, formerly Team Lotus, now features F1 drivers Heikki Kovalainen and Vitaly Petrov.
